This commercial is for the Legend of Zelda the Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages. The video shows a rather impressive 3d game model of Link as uses the Rod of Seasons to change the season, climbs up some vines, sneaks into a secret cave, plays the Harp of Ages, and restores, what I'd guess is the Noble Sword.
